Masters Roberto and Sandy Martucci Caccamo, have animated the seminar Saturday, January 15 beginning of the year in the presence of many participants coming both from their dojo, and from other dojo and not Roman. A seminar in the name of complementarity.
The teacher showed Caccamo attitude derived from the feeling of the sword, the center of bulls that moves the uke as a cornerstone of any technical implementation, and finally the proper martial attitude to be found in their practice.
Master Martucci, following the metaphor of white keikogi el'hakama the black starting Aikido, outlined in the techniques of taking uke's center through the feeling of "heaviness" of the arms that come down without falling, but simply by force ' naturally high. Out of the box used to absorb the movements presented in that retreat, not conferring, a uke well set, a real imbalance rather suggest the further possibilità di attacco su cui nuovamente confrontarsi. Il tutto eseguito sempre con decontrazione, senza rigidità per far in modo che qualsiasi tipo di colpo non possa turbare un tori sempre presente, rilassato e con la mente tranquilla nel proprio centro.

Ho assistito ad uno stage molto intenso ed estremamente divertente, che mi ha lasciato molti spunti di riflessione. Due frasi in particolare mi hanno colpito: una del maestro Martucci riferita a come l'Aikido sia "bianco e nero" allo stesso tempo, ovvero di come racchiuda in se aspetti apparentemente opposti riuscendo a farne scaturire un'unità. L'altra del maestro Caccamo, secondo cui è nel momento di maggiore stress che si manifesta il bene o il male in una persona. Cosa che mi ha fatto pensare a quanto sia indispensabile riuscire a fare il vuoto nella mente per poter affrontare al meglio ogni situazione (di pratica e non) possibilmente con il giusto "aiki".

I molti partecipanti, hanno praticato in un clima pacato e concentrato, l’evento ha mostrato i due Sensei esprimere e trasmettere il loro proprio diverso stile di praticare la disciplina dell’aikido. E’ stato interessante vedere dall’esterno come il principio di questa disciplina possa plasmarsi ed esprimersi in modi diversi ma confluenti. Proprio come l'arte della pittura che nel suo principio, ha permesso di creare infinite correnti e stili pittorici.
