Questo post avremmo potuto intitolarlo anche " Quando si mangia molto e disordinatamente "; oppure: " Quando si parla molto e a sproposito" eccetera eccetera...


Aben guardare il rischio del troppo leggere è quello di una vera e propria indigestione, con conseguenti mal di testa, disordini cognitivi, visioni distorte della realtà e, a lungo andare, malattie più serie.
Infatti leggere molto e in modo disordinato può presentare molti "effetti nocivi", esattamente come un'alimentazione sconsiderata può condurre a scompensi di varia natura, anche gravi, fino all'avvelenamento.


Prima di vedere quali possono essere gli scompensi derivati da una "cattiva" lettura forse è bene considerare prima il "cosa" "quanto" "come" e "perché" si legge.


Se è vero che "leggere è nutrimento per la mente" - proprio come il cibo lo è per il corpo - allora è consigliabile essere un po' più attenti al cosa, quanto, come e perché leggiamo.


Perciò: Cosa leggiamo durante la giornata? Quanto leggiamo? E, soprattutto, Come e Perché leggiamo?

When you read a lot and disorderly ...




Questo post avremmo potuto intitolarlo anche " Quando si mangia molto e disordinatamente "; oppure: " Quando si parla molto e a sproposito" eccetera eccetera...


Aben guardare il rischio del troppo leggere è quello di una vera e propria indigestione, con conseguenti mal di testa, disordini cognitivi, visioni distorte della realtà e, a lungo andare, malattie più serie.
Infatti leggere molto e in modo disordinato può presentare molti "effetti nocivi", esattamente come un'alimentazione sconsiderata può condurre a scompensi di varia natura, anche gravi, fino all'avvelenamento.


Prima di vedere quali possono essere gli scompensi derivati da una "cattiva" lettura forse è bene considerare prima il "cosa" "quanto" "come" e "perché" si legge.


Se è vero che "leggere è nutrimento per la mente" - proprio come il cibo lo è per il corpo - allora è consigliabile essere un po' più attenti al cosa, quanto, come e perché leggiamo.


Perciò: Cosa leggiamo durante la giornata? Quanto leggiamo? E, soprattutto, Come e Perché leggiamo?
