It was really a practice full of kimochi, in the words of Robert Sensei. As often happens to me at the end of a work so rich in feeling and attention, I got off the mat with a nicely uncluttered mind and body relaxed and loose. I also had the opportunity to realize some mistakes that I make often myself in the report, such as my riluttazza to follow the gaze of his companion practice to the center of the action, preventing or stopping so the "contact" of the work studied. I was very pleased to share this morning with the friends of Sakitama Aikido Dojo, who hosted us and thank for the two and a half hours of work together.

Sensei Roberto in the first part of the special keiko direct Sakitama Dojo, you dwelt on the possibility, depending on the practice of raising one's center to "move", or lower it instead to "move". Much attention has been devoted to the attitudes of uke and tori through the definition of vertical and horizontal axis of the body, and the identification of the action.
Like any meeting led by Sensei Robert has worked in a climate attentive, receptive but peaceful when we could enjoy a kimochi, as pointed out by the same Master Martucci, which allowed the final lesson to engage in some exchanges di shomenuchi jiyu waza molto intesi, fluidi e dinamici.
