Il respiro è vita, energy, movement ... total involvement.
But breathe, really breathe, can be frightening, as can be frightening freedom (the real one).
Because the breath (like freedom) can turn an 'inner fire' to which we are not used.
Too hot ... too much light.
a better life in the warm twilight, sex and warm in the shade ....
