A breath ...

.. one, one, can make a difference whether to continue or to live or die.

But it can also make a difference on the quality of their lives.

Breath is that 'bond' with thin organic essential to life itself, and yet, precisely because there has been provided 'free' by nature, is so little appreciated by most distracted.

The breath 'move' our biological life just as the wind moves the waters of the ocean, involving not only the surface, but also creates undercurrents and exchange of substances ... regeneration.

Our 'ocean' body, made of various types of liquid, lives, moves, and is subject to 'trade' of vital chemicals, also thanks to the breath.

The food we eat could not be assimilated and processed without the intervention of breath, which brings 'substances' extras, such as oxygen, nitrogen, and other needed by an exchange of nutrients between cells.

But there are different ways of breathing and, most importantly, you may be aware (or the total absence of awareness) of the function of breathing.

As there are different ways by the wind, sweep the surface of the ocean waters, ways that can go from dead calm, with light winds up to hurricane generators of terrible storms, so there are different mode of action of our breathing and different physiological effects.

So there may be (as usually happens), arrhythmic breathing, with frequent pauses in an apnea, a shortness of breath, a long, calm and deep breath ... every difference effect is completely different, both in metabolism, emotional states or the proper functioning of thought.

Breath is an 'added value' given us by nature, unfortunately, because 'natural' we take it for granted.
But the most obvious is their breath, not breathe properly.

Our breath is strongly influenced by the emotions and reflections dictated by external events, so if the emotions and events are turbulent or 'crippling' the breath will behave accordingly, altering or stopping at times.

through observation your breath can understand many things about ourselves, and learn to manage a bit 'better our vital functions.

'there could' observation of your breath is certainly useful to learn and improve their health, both physical and internal.

But it is difficult to remember during the day ...
